As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing account plans, and building strong relationships with senior business leaders.
With your expertise in client management, sector understanding, and commercial acumen, you will effectively communicate our value proposition and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Collaborate with the commercial team to follow up on potential client leads, secure new clients, and contribute to pitch proposals and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, delivering beyond expectations and confidently engaging with senior business leaders.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and report on revenue streams from managed clients, ensuring targets are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Frankly to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and enhance our competitive position.
Requirements:
- Client Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of clients successfully, ideally within an agency/consultancy or large complex corporate.
- Sector Understanding: Experience in how large multi-nations operate, particularly across B2B sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong communication skills, fluent English, and ability to present to senior leaders confidently.
- Tenacious and Team Player: Tenacious, with a fair degree of hustle, and a natural interest in the wider business ecosystem.
