Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for our government services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, relationship building, and product training.

About the Role:

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory plan to grow and maintain sales, analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and threats, build relationships with customers and understand their needs, partner with inside sales and customer service teams to grow and maintain sales, educate customers on our product lines and technologies, and demonstrate product and provide fitting assistance as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a background in audiology. Prior experience in VA sales, clinic, and hearing aid fittings is a plus. Outside sales experience and strong leadership and analytical skills are also highly valued.

Working Environment: Our company offers a hybrid/office and home working environment, with frequent travel required (up to 75%). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, 401k with company match, and more.
