Executive Office Coordinator

About the JobThis role will involve providing administrative support to the leadership team in our Environment and Health division.
- Assist with day-to-day running of the department through calendar management, travel and venue booking, time sheet and expense review.
- Help to create presentations for senior leadership meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for leadership, as well as writing communications on their behalf.
- Coordination of training and courses.
- Help with onboarding new team members, ordering IT equipment, introducing colleagues to Ramboll systems and processes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
