Quantum Processor Manufacturing Specialist for Innovative Foundry

We are seeking a skilled Quantum Processor Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Quantum Computing Programme. This exciting opportunity is part of our mission to develop next-generation quantum computing processor technologies.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, we are at the heart of a vibrant and growing Danish quantum ecosystem. Our collaboration with world-leading researchers at the Niels Bohr Institute enables us to pioneer cutting-edge solutions in chip-based fabrication and packaging methods for state-of-the-art quantum processors.
About the Role:- Develop novel wafer-scale assembly and packaging methods for quantum processor units.
- Collaborate with tools and process development teams to coordinate projects and roadmaps towards fully packaged QPU's.
- Implement and improve standards for systems engineering and data logging/analysis concepts.
- Analyze requirements for assembly and packaging capabilities and estimate risks and yields for new technologies.
- A Master's or PhD degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor chip fabrication systems or system integration.
- Preferably experience with Ultra High Vacuum systems and chip assembly and packaging tools such as optical alignment, flip chip bonding, and transfer printing tools.
- A competitive salary of approximately **DKK 120,000 - 180,000** per annum, depending on experience.
