Digital Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Development Manager to join our team at Arla Pro, our global foodservice division. As a key member of our Digital and E-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital growth and online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-level projects across seven different markets to optimize our paid media platform activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment and involvement across projects and overall business objectives.
- Manage the budget for both paid media and digital development, prioritizing the right projects and improving ROI in both areas.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for both business areas.
- Analyze campaign and website performance to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on new digital trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and digital growth.
- A master's degree level or other relevant education.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience with at least one of the following areas: paid media, digital development, e-commerce.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights and optimizations.
- Experience in Foodservice will be an advantage.
- Advanced English skills both verbal and written.
