Key Responsibilities of the Job
  • Assist existing customers with orders, renewals, and administrative tasks related to their licenses and contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and proactive support to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and Secomea's product offerings.
What We Are Looking For
  • A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, OT, IoT, or industrial automation is an asset.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems. Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages are a plus.
