Career Opportunities: Senior Specialist for Customer Support Requests and Stakeholder ManagementJoin us in our pursuit of excellence as a Global Customer Experience Lead.
You will lead the Customer Support Request area, develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive business growth.
Our team works collaboratively to generate and manage product documentation, labels, kosher/halal certification, and diverse customer inquiries.
This involves leading hands-on cases, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating quarterly Business Support Network calls.
You will also act as a Point of Contact for upgrades and changes, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing between teams.
As a service-minded professional with a systematic mindset, you excel at leading without formal authority and effectively engaging with stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you must have a candidate degree in a relevant field and +3 years of experience in Business Support, Customer Service, Product Management, QA, Regulatory, Application, or ESG.
