About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to lead our public sector growth efforts, leveraging their expertise to expand our footprint, secure high-value contracts, and shape tailored solutions for public clients.

Main Objectives:

  • Public Sector Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth in the public sector, expanding our presence and establishing Dentsu as a trusted partner.
  • Public Tender Success: Achieve high win rates for public tenders and framework agreements, ensuring high-quality submissions and compliance with regulations.
  • Team Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing team of specialists focused on public sector growth and delivery excellence, fostering collaboration and driving results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or account leadership within the public sector
  • Proven success in managing and winning public tenders, including navigating complex procurement processes
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling solutions tailored to public sector challenges
  • Experience in driving digital transformation, CX, data analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives specifically tailored to public sector clients
  • Familiarity with public procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and government frameworks
  • Fluency in Danish & English; additional regional language skills are a plus
