Lead Product Marketing Efforts at Milestone Systems

As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product marketing strategy and driving business growth. You will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, ensuring that our product marketing efforts are world-class and aligned with our 2025 strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Marketing Leadership: Lead a team of 6 Product Marketing Managers, ensuring that positioning, portfolio, assets, and enablement are truly world-class.
  • Planning and Process Improvement: Prepare the team's contribution towards the annual marketing business plan, ensuring that the team delivers as agreed with other functions. Maintain and improve the PMKT annual asset and enablement plan to create visibility on priorities and deliverables in the team and with key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage in stakeholder management across marketing and tech group/product management to ensure teams and plans are aligned. Participate in cross-functional workstreams as needed to ensure product marketing is represented and heard as a function.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in software.
  • Leadership experience, leading teams of specialists.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to understand business needs and outcomes.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to put product marketing into a commercial context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with negotiation-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS or cloud-based products, is an advantage.
