Customer Experience Consultant

At Roche Diagnostics A/S, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Partner to join our Commercial Team. As part of a collaborative environment, you'll work closely with hospital laboratories across Denmark, building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point-of-contact for lab partners, focusing on lab management teams and regional procurement.
- Lead high-level conversations with laboratories, inspiring them and offering sparring to optimize their daily operations.
- Independently handle customer interactions at all levels, drawing on resources from service, application, IT, or product management when needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll require a strong background in life sciences, with knowledge of molecular diagnostics and sequencing technologies. Confirmed experience working with or in a hospital laboratory is essential.
You should combine your excellent customer and market knowledge with strong analytical and business process understanding. Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory, and you'll need strong presentation and negotiation skills to manage complex situations and set priorities.
A business- and operations-driven approach, with a proven ability to drive initiatives and projects, is also crucial.
