Job Description: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our commercial strategy, driving excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build a strong marketing machine to support sales efforts
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from sourcing to closing
  • Represent CVX at events and conferences
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional drive, leadership skills, and ability to inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English
