Delivery Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product delivery process and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Set and track key milestones to ensure alignment with the project plan.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the main contact for customers, providing regular updates.
  • Communicate delivery timelines and manage customer expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns during the project.
  • Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Manage post-delivery issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software project delivery and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; certification in project management preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
