About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark. As a key member of our Digital, Data & IT (DD & IT) global organization, you will be responsible for life-cycle management of several Good Practice (GxP) critical IT systems used across departments.

Responsibilities

  • You will supervise and identify new requirements to the systems, establishing and maintaining documentation, initiating and conducting IT Risk Assessments, IT Qualifications, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviations, change requests, User support, ensuring security patching, life cycle management, and more.
  • Taking ownership of project management tasks, demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritize work and navigate complex project requirements.
  • You will manage the expectations of system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of IT systems.
  • Coordinating activities with our stakeholders in the QC laboratories.
  • Development projects in clarifying which solutions will be possible to implement within the systems according to current regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, we believe you can tick most off the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, science, IT, or other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance area within highly regulated environments, including a solid understanding of GMP and GxP standards.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage projects and demonstrate project management skills.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management in a complex environment is required.
  • Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field, with exposure to both laboratory and production environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies would be advantageous.

Your Work Environment

As an IT Solution Manager, you will work primarily in Hillerød and Bagsværd, Denmark, with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around 900,000 DKK (~ 120,000 EUR) per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
