About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our high-profile capacity expansion project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  2. Collaborate with project leadership and functional line representatives to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  3. Oversee the creation and updating of project databases, utilizing gathered data to monitor project performance and make informed decisions.
  4. Lead the development of resource plans, analyzing scenario planning and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  5. Maintain accurate time schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  1. Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction, or a related field.
  2. Extensive project management experience in building and developing projects in engineering production/construction.
  3. Proficiency in scheduling software, such as OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
