Bang & Olufsen A/S is seeking an experienced Technical Resolution Expert to join our dynamic Customer Care department in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving seamless operations for our clients and internal teams.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex product market issues. Your meticulous approach will ensure that all aspects of the customer setup are thoroughly analyzed, including products and networks. You will also operate our proactive VIP support area, reacting to newly discovered market issues, and travel to VIP customers and partners to execute deep troubleshooting and gather necessary information for further analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network infrastructures and be able to connect this knowledge with high-end home audio/video systems. You will bring a widespread customer understanding that is evident in all aspects of your work, as well as extensive experience with troubleshooting and a desire to learn how to use Bang & Olufsen's proprietary troubleshooting tools. Good communicative abilities and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a customer representative and secure an extensive focus on the customer experience.
  • Ensure thorough analysis of complex customer setups, including products and networks.
  • Operate the proactive VIP support area and react to newly discovered market issues.
  • Travel to VIP customers and partners for deep troubleshooting and information gathering.
  • Participate in the SWAT troubleshooting team.
  • Support in reducing the resolution time of complex issues.
  • Facilitate a broad and deep understanding of Bang & Olufsen's products and systems.
  • Report market learnings back into the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of network infrastructures and ability to connect it with high-end home audio/video systems.
  • Widespread customer understanding visible in all aspects of work.
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting and aspiration to learn Bang & Olufsen's troubleshooting tools.
  • Good communicative abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge about Bang & Olufsen products and systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and verbal.
