Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our growing team at Weibel Scientific A/S. As a key member of our Sales and Business Development team, you will be responsible for managing proposals from commencement to contract award.
You will work closely with our Sales Directors, System Engineers, Market Management, and Business Development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals. Your responsibilities will include assisting in proposal development, responding to RFIs and market surveys, and maintaining sales and product data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage proposals from commencement to contract award
- Support Sales in responding to RFIs and market surveys
- Maintain sales and product data by coordinating and collecting information across the organization
- Responsible for documentation management and control for proposals during and up to contract award
- Support Sales and Bid Team in finalization of Bid packages for submission
Your Qualifications and Background
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in sales support functions for technically advanced solutions to the defense industry. Experience with radars and surveillance systems is highly desirable.
We expect:
- A relevant educational background within engineering and/or business
- Proven track record in Bid Management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global, and complex environment
- Experience and/or strong interest in complex sales processes, preferably from a high-tech industry
