\- Prior retail or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of delivering high standards of visual merchandising
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategies to drive sales performance
Your Key Responsibilities:
\- Lead and manage visual merchandising, sales activities, campaign activations, and stock levels to maximise selling opportunities
- Take responsibility for the visual direction of the store, ensuring it is always inspiring and commercially savvy
- Mentor and support a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
