Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to play a vital role in securing a best-in-class onboarding and service experience for our growing customer base. You will work closely with customers to solve problems, create value, and build loyalty. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing our Customer Success function, collaborating on projects across departments to improve the customer experience, and helping bring the voice of our customer into the heart of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, preferably in a similar customer-facing position. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be able to connect effortlessly with clients and build lasting relationships, possess professional fluency in English, and native fluency in French. Additionally, you will thrive in an environment where you contribute to maintaining a high momentum.
