About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients succeed and grow. You will assist in client engagement, learn the ropes of Client Support Specialist, and eventually transition to Account Management of local clients and helping with international cases.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Assist experienced colleagues in client meetings, continue to lead the client relationship with backup from the team, and support the team in developing existing clients.
- Learning and Development: Learn the ropes of Client Support Specialist during the first 9-12 months, providing outstanding customer service to Markit clients, communicating with manufacturers, partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Account Management: Transition to Account Management of local clients and helping with international cases, starting as soon as abilities allow, preferably from 3 months in role.
Requirements
- Positive Attitude: Energetic, eager to learn, resilient in nature, and able to see 'the bigger picture'.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Danish and English, strong business acumen, analytical skills, experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to present a business case to clients and crowds.
- Teamwork: Self-driven, proactive, high autonomy, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
