About the Role
Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in Fill & Finish Expansions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans and schedules related to our high-profile capacity expansion project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Create and update project databases to monitor performance.
- Oversee all planning activities, including scheduling and developing detailed project plans.
- Resource planning, including establishing and maintaining project resourcing plans and analyzing scenario planning.
- Maintain time schedules.
- Collaborate with project leadership and functional line representatives to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction, or a related field.
- Extensive project management experience within building and developing projects in engineering production/construction.
- Experience working with scheduling software such as OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT. Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
