This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to play a critical role in supporting project management activities and ensuring the successful execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and update project documentation as required.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Manage project communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of information to stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize Excel, MS Office Suite, Kanban, and Jira to support project management activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on project support.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Kanban and Jira.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written (Scandinavian language skills is a plus, but not a must).
  • Previous experience working agile.
  • Experience from Kanban and Jira is considered an advantage, but not a must.
  • Service-minded.
  • Ability to communicate IT subjects to all stakeholders (incl. business). Bridge the gap between IT and business.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Be structured.
  • Work independently.
