This involves developing long-term relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing a premium experience by conveying best practice examples that drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with all our French customers to ensure overall satisfaction with Trustpilot's products.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
- SUCCESSFULLY onboard clients and ensure they fully utilise their paid subscription.
