Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure smooth onboarding processes and continuous customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience from B2B customer success, preferably in the legal sector. Experience with working with customer and usage data and communicating it is crucial for structuring and presenting customer feedback and usage data.
We want to be data-driven in our decisions, so excellent teaching and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will also know how to build trust and convey the value of our product to customers.
