About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Performance Manager to join our Customer Success team. As a key contact for our customer accounts, you will be responsible for writing the blueprint of success for each individual account.
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Total ownership of the Onboarding and ongoing relationship building with our customers.
- Use data to provide consultation on vessel performance.
- Ongoing customer care relationship building.
- Gather feedback from our clients to share organization-wide.
The ideal candidate will have:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUCCESS ROLES WITH A FOCUS ON RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND DATA-DRIVEN CONSULTING.
- ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
- SERVICE-MINDED APPROACH TO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH A FOCUS ON DELIVERING RESULTS-ORIENTED SOLUTIONS.
