  • A history of effectively guiding large-scale projects, programs, or strategic initiatives within complex business environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry complexity, including financial, competitive, commercial, operational, technological, and regulatory dimensions
  • Experience navigating and thriving in a complex, international corporate culture
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (preferably business, finance, or engineering)
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written

The successful candidate will be confident in interacting with senior and executive management, driving decision-making, and leading complex discussions in a structured, fact-based manner. They must also possess advanced top-down communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual communication tailored to diverse audiences.
