Head of CRM and Marketing Automation

Key Accountabilities:- Leverage data analysis and market trends to inform customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Oversee the evolution of the Flying Tiger Copenhagen Club, ensuring it remains a compelling and engaging platform.
- Bolster a high-performing Customer Engagement team, emphasizing a customer-centric culture that fosters innovation and continuous learning.
- Cultivate partnerships with the technology team and external partners to drive personalization, customer data management, and success measurement.
- Translate customer data insights into actionable recommendations, driving data-informed decision-making.
You are an adaptable professional with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
You possess a unique blend of analytical skills, commercial acumen, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of customer engagement principles.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in loyalty programs, CRM, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and data analysis, complemented by exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Essential Qualifications:- No less than 7 years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM, marketing automation, and customer data analysis, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- A proven history of developing and executing effective CRM strategies and campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software, marketing automation tools, and GDPR/data protection regulations.
- Desirable experience in retail or e-commerce environments, particularly with app-based loyalty programs.
