About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Leader to join our team at Nilfisk Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks, leading growth projects, implementing strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of day-to-day tasks, prioritize projects, and distribute tasks to the team.
  • Growth Projects: Take the lead in critical growth projects, envision innovative strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategy Implementation: Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with the executive management team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster robust relationships with stakeholders, engage diverse perspectives, and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership in Change: Inspire teams to embrace change, cultivate a culture of ongoing learning, and pursue inventive solutions.


Your Background


To succeed in this role, you should have a master's degree in business administration, economics, project management, or a related field. Ideally, you possess several years of experience in strategic planning, growth projects, or strategy implementation within a fast-paced matrix organization.

  • Experience: Several years in strategic planning, growth projects, or strategy implementation within a fast-paced matrix organization.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and innovation.

Salary Range:


The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
