At FE fundinfo, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our Nordics clients.
- Ensuring clients understand and maximize the benefits of their products and services, as well as developing actions for low adoption and unsatisfied customers.
- Leading service reviews with clients on a regular basis.
- Engaging with internal departments to stay updated on company services and to unblock clients' issues.
- Assisting with product migrations and integrations for smooth transitions on clients' side.
