The Role: As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ownership of the entire customer journey with top accounts. You will work closely with senior team members to maintain and build on effective customer strategies, leveraging your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to meet customer expectations.

Daily Activities:
  • Drive customer success
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, retention and renewals
  • Work closely with our Developers, Marketing and Sales team to meet our customer's expectations
  • Understand our customers and take ownership of their needs internally and externally
