About the Role
The HR Manager for Payroll and Employee Lifecycle at ABB will be responsible for managing the operation in Sweden and delivering high-quality services to supported business locations and clients against agreed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of approximately 10 people and contribute to the global, regional, and local roadmap and deliverables.
- Develop and optimize HR processes, ensuring excellent customer service and correct processes in place.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and other teams to provide HR Services in Sweden, with a strong emphasis on developing the function and optimizing processes.
- Participate in projects, such as implementing new systems, improving processes, and staying up-to-date with new labor laws.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and a background in Payroll, Shared Service Operations, or HR (insourced or outsourced).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with broad HR services in an international organization, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of proactive behavior and result-orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
