Job Title: Strategic People Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic People Leader to join our leadership team and drive our company's commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performance workplace. This role will play a critical part in shaping our culture, driving organizational development, and implementing people strategies that align with our mission to transform the lives of patients with rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports our mission, vision, and business objectives.
  2. Champion and nurture a culture of inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and excellence that aligns with our core values.
  3. Oversee the design and implementation of a talent acquisition strategy to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
  4. Create and implement robust learning and development programs that support continuous growth and career development.
  5. Ensure HR operations, including compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local and international labor laws.
  6. Develop and drive a DEI strategy that ensures all employees feel valued, respected, and heard.
  7. Lead organizational change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and scaling efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  3. Proven experience in developing and executing people strategies in high-growth or scaling companies, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, both local and international.
  5. Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging culture.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
