Commercial Leadership Opportunity

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to lead commercial activities across one of our five regions. As a key member of the Global Sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities, spearheading key deals, and providing strategic support to regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze key deals to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to regional sales teams
  • Identify optimization areas for commercial terms, pricing, and resource utilization
  • Enable regional teams by connecting the right resources from global functions
  • Track and support timely and accurate forecasted order intake

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in sales and project management
  • Proven track record of success in commercial roles, ideally in wind energy or related industries
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
