We are seeking a talented Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Expert to join our team at Xero. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian customers.

About the Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for any requests from our Norwegian customers, ensuring their questions get resolved in a timely manner. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via online chat, email, and phone, providing best practices for scheduling and administration, testing and troubleshooting technical issues, and forming the link between customers and our product/engineering team.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, including online chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide expert advice on using Planday by sharing best practices for scheduling and administration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the second line of support when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and our product/engineering team.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and find innovative solutions to their problems.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.
  • A passion for helping others and setting a positive tone of communication.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new IT systems.
