About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Sales Executive to join our team at 2021.AI, a fast-growing AI company dedicated to helping organizations unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the AI Governance space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top-tier sales teams, tech innovators, and business leaders who share our passion for responsible AI.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales, particularly in the software or tech industry, and a deep understanding of our AI Governance products and value propositions. You will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with excellent communication skills, proficient analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and expand the client base within the AI Governance space;
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services;
  • Deeply understand our AI Governance products and value propositions;
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs;
  • Work with leads, foster and develop relationships with customers, partners, and clients;
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns;
  • Perform sales forecasts and analysis, reporting findings to the COO;
  • Provide insights into successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in direct sales, particularly in closing new business;
  • Documented selling success;
  • Extended experience in relationship building on C-level;
  • Commercial education (master degree level);
  • Extended experience within account management on C-level;
  • Experience with account planning;
  • Experience in contract negotiation and handling;
  • Experience in selling Enterprise software;
  • Experience within one or more sectors (Banking, Insurance, Life Science, Public);
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Proficient analytical skills.
