Job Description:
  • This role offers significant long-term growth potential as our sales organization expands. You will work closely with senior professionals and product teams to showcase the value of our AI Governance Platform, GRACE.
  • The successful candidate will be ready to demonstrate sales excellence to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • You excel at identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. You have a strong track record in sales, particularly in the software or tech industry.
  • This role requires exceptional communication skills, analytical skills and experience in direct sales, particularly in closing new business.
About the Role:

This Sales Executive position reports to the COO and collaborates with leadership to develop new client relationships and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Executive focused on AI Governance at 2021.AI, you will work closely with senior professionals and product teams to showcase the value of our AI Governance Platform, GRACE.

Your job will include driving sales growth and expanding the client base within the AI Governance space, researching and identifying new business opportunities, deeply understanding our AI Governance products and value propositions and providing insights into successes and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in direct sales, particularly in closing new business. Documented selling success.
  • Extended experience in relationship building on C-level. Commercial education (master degree level).
  • Experience with account planning, contract negotiation and handling and selling Enterprise software.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficient analytical skills.

Excellent presentation skills are also a plus. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
