Lead Sports Business Growth Manager

The Catapult team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Business Growth Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Nordic region. This exciting opportunity involves driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and leveraging our cutting-edge technology solutions to achieve exceptional results.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 5-8 years of experience in business development and direct sports industry enterprise sales.
- You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of customers and prospects, and delivering presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
- As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Sales Director and other stakeholders to set targets and drive revenue growth in the region.
- You will have the opportunity to work with top-tier sports teams and organizations, providing them with valuable insights and data-driven solutions to optimize their performance.
- Your expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and sales strategy will be invaluable in this role.
- You will also be responsible for executing marketing programs and representing the Catapult brand in public forums, conferences, and events.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in business development and direct sports industry enterprise sales.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and win.
- Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English.
- Living in Denmark or Sweden, preferably in Copenhagen or Malmo.
