Sales and Business Growth Specialist

About Conference Manager, a leading provider of registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia.
As Sales Development Representative, your daily mission is to identify potential customers, create interest in our product, and book meetings for our Sales Manager in Denmark. This role offers valuable experience in complex SaaS sales, working with a proven product and established ICPs, and developing into a Sales Specialist role after 6 months.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Contacting and engaging with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Navigating gatekeepers and identifying decision-makers.
- Scheduling and booking high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years SDR experience or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
- A natural relationship-building personality.
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and motivation to turn a "no" into a "yes".
- The ability to learn fast and a huge interest in growing in the sales field.
- A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
We are offering a competitive salary of DKK 55,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
