About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Market Access Director to drive the development and execution of market access strategies, payer engagement, and HTA submissions in region North West Europe. In this role, you will work closely with regional and affiliate colleagues to navigate the complexities of the European health system and ensure optimal access for our products.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing market access strategies, HTA submission plans, and payer value stories
  • Leading region NWE handling of price approval processes, including PBC handling, reference pricing, and parallel trade
  • Co-developing price business cases with affiliate colleagues and presenting recommendations for internal approval processes
  • Providing strategic sparring and support to affiliate market access colleagues in the implementation of market access activities
  • Assisting affiliates with reimbursement submission packages and payer engagement preparations
  • Driving launch preparation activities from the market access perspective with global, IO, and affiliate colleagues
  • Developing and inspiring affiliate access colleagues through best practice sharing, workshops, and skills training
  • Coordinating market access activities and planning in the regional office across therapy area teams
  • Monitoring payer and HTA landscape developments in European markets and influencing global and regional access strategies, evidence development, and launch planning
  • Leading pricing life-cycle management strategies for mature brands, including generic and biosimilar insights
  • Supporting affiliate and regional office colleagues with analytics and recommendations in key business processes

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical market access, preferably with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a regional, affiliate, or global role. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing pricing and reimbursement submissions and negotiations with payers and HTA bodies. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively on project execution with various internal and external stakeholders across different geographies.
