The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager - Digital Transformation in our Digital Experience team based in Copenhagen, Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will lead customer relationships across all solution segments.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Lead the customer relationship across all solution segments.
  2. Account Strategy: Develop account strategy, partner internally and externally to define technical vision and roadmap.
  3. Business Development: Develop business case to deliver One Adobe story, focusing on business vision that supports a customer's long-term strategy & use cases.
  4. Upsell & Renewal: Responsible for the overall account health, ensuring that renewal risks are identified and addressed as well as expansion opportunities are identified.
  5. Cross-Sell: Partner with Marketing to find opportunities to expand and sell new solutions and oversee full sales opportunity lifecycle.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  1. Strong Communication: Strong communication and relationship building skills to become trusted client advisor.
  2. Positioning: Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across solution segments.
  3. Expansion Opportunities: Find opportunities for expansion or implementation of broader Adobe solution portfolio.
  4. Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate dedicated, pooled and solution specific resources.
  5. Client Health Data: Use client health data to identify adoption issues and proactively make recommendations.
  6. Language Fluency: Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.

About the Role

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately DKK 750,000 - DKK 1,200,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes additional benefits such as annual bonuses, pension scheme, and comprehensive health insurance.
