About the Role

The IT Business Partner plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives at Ramboll Denmark. This position requires a strong understanding of the business landscape and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align technology solutions and strategies with the overall goals of Ramboll Denmark.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between technology and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Ramboll Denmark stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Lead change initiatives related to technology adoption and provide guidance and support to teams during transitions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
  • Capture new demand towards Global IT and work with Global IT to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and validated.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use of technology provided by Global IT.
  • Drive compliance with Global IT standards and support change management towards Global Platforms.
  • Complete regular IT End User Services Team performance reviews and manage escalations on behalf of Ramboll Denmark.
  • Report on IT KPIs to Ramboll Denmark Management and ensure agreed Service Levels are met.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at Ramboll Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and business, with experience working in a multicultural environment and a broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
