Strategic Business Partner
Lundbeck is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our Corporate Procurement team. As a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Procurement, you will drive cross-functional projects and manage the Corporate Procurement Community at Lundbeck.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing high-priority projects for Corporate Procurement, including shaping and driving Corporate Procurement strategy
- Acting as a proactive sparring partner to the SVP for Corporate Procurement in identifying, analyzing, and executing initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Corporate Procurement function
- Facilitating cross-functional projects across various functions within the organization
- Preparing impactful presentations for Executive Management and the Corporate Procurement Leadership Team
- Facilitating regular meetings and discussions within the Corporate Procurement Leadership Team

What you bring to the team
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or a similar role
- Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, ideally in a global corporate setting
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated project management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
- Pharma experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in spoken and written English
