  1. Incident Management: Manage and resolve critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and facilitating effective communication for post-incident reviews.
  2. Process Improvement: Define procedures and methodologies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and collaborate with our Insights Team for automation.
  3. Service Delivery Performance: Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and drive future demand.
  4. Optimization Strategies: Analyze third-party and internal processes to create strategies for optimizing service delivery.
  5. Customer Feedback: Assess feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  6. Invoicing and Contract Management: Oversee customer invoicing, contract obligations, renewals, and KPI tracking.
  7. Commercial Engagement: Expand customer cooperation by introducing relevant and necessary services, fostering greater engagement.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in a corporate or service provider environment and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. You should have a proactive problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Additionally, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, and a minimum of five years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment.
