About the Role

Schneider Electric is a global leader in the development and delivery of strategic solutions to address climate action. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and partner with clients in developing sustainable energy and resource management strategies.
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct ESG materiality assessments and advise clients on best practices for integrating ESG into their business operations, risk management, and corporate strategy.
  • Prepare or revise client communications for sustainability performance aligned to key industry reporting platforms.
  • Research and communicate emerging information and trends relating to global sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of related professional/consulting experience and an interest in pursuing a career in sustainability.
  • Project management experience and a proven track record in developing, managing, and executing client solutions.
  • Expertise in greenhouse gas analysis, climate strategy, and supply chain GHG emissions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas.
