We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance and Rewards Specialist to join our global People & Culture team at GN Store Nord A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our Performance and Rewards agenda, working closely with our business stakeholders and the global People & Culture organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process owner for one of our annual Performance and Reward processes, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Reward Partner to a dedicated business area, providing expert advice and guidance on Performance and Rewards matters to senior leaders.
- Develop and implement competitive total reward offerings, informed by market data, to support fact-driven decision-making.
- Design, develop, and deploy new Performance and Reward initiatives to support our business strategy.
- Drive ongoing improvements of our Performance and Reward framework and governance, ensuring consistent structure and efficient processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end Performance and Reward agenda is managed and delivered effectively.
- Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
- Support deliveries for our Remuneration Committee meetings.
- At least 5 years of experience in Rewards from a larger international organization or consultancy.
- Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing Reward solutions.
- Master in Excel and working knowledge of Workday (or a similar HRM system).
- Excellent analytical skills enabling you to make fact-based decisions and proposals.
- Experience driving complex projects, planning, and change management skills.
- Trustworthy and honest communicator who proactively shares feedback with your business stakeholders and able to stand your ground when needed.
- Experience from a global matrix structure – and driving collaboration in this culturally diverse context.
- A rare combination of an entrepreneurial mindset and the finesse to navigate the corporate landscape.
