We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Performance & Rewards to join our Global People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the Performance & Rewards agenda across the global company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process owner for one of GN's annual Performance & Reward processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Reward Partner to a dedicated business area, providing expert advice to senior leaders on Performance & Rewards strategy and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive total reward offering, informed by market data and aligned with GN's business strategy.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new Performance & Reward initiatives to support business growth and success.
  • Drive ongoing improvements of GN's Performance & Reward framework and governance, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end Performance & Reward agenda is managed and delivered effectively.
  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support deliveries for GN's Remuneration Committee meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Rewards from a larger international organization or consultancy.
  • Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Previous experience with developing and implementing Reward solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enabling fact-based decision-making and proposal development.
  • Experience driving complex projects, planning, and change management skills.
  • Trustworthy and honest communicator, providing proactive feedback to business stakeholders.
  • Experience from a global matrix structure, promoting collaboration in a culturally diverse context.
  • A rare combination of an entrepreneurial mindset and finesse to navigate the corporate landscape.
  • Business focus and People & Culture interest.
