We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our platform.

Your primary focus will be on Onboarding and Training. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored support to help them achieve success.

You will also be responsible for Identifying Customer Challenges and developing solutions to resolve any issues they may face. Additionally, you will play a key role in Upselling and Cross-selling, working with customers to identify opportunities to expand their use of our platform.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. You will need to be Proactive and Results-driven, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
