Customer Success Manager

Located in the heart of Aarhus, Vuuh is an advanced data and image exchange platform designed to make life easier for fashion brands and retailers. Our platform seamlessly integrates product data and images, automatically adapting to each retailer's unique requirements. The result? Smoother collaboration, fewer headaches, and more time to focus on what really matters.

With over 750 brands and retailers already on board, including industry leaders like Bestseller, Salling, Magasin, and DK Company, we're redefining how product data and images are shared, transformed, and personalized. Our goal is to set a new standard for handling large amounts of product information, making the entire process effortless.

Your role

As a Customer Success Manager at Vuuh, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients have the best possible experience. From onboarding new users to helping existing customers get the most out of our platform, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships. Your insights will not only help customers succeed but will also contribute to making Vuuh even better.

What you'll be doing

  1. Acting as the go-to person for our customers, building trust through proactive communication and support.
  2. Leading smooth onboarding experiences for new clients.
  3. Regularly checking in with customers to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborating with sales, product development, and technical teams to ensure our platform evolves based on customer needs.
  5. Creating strategic account plans to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  6. Advocating for our customers internally, using their feedback to shape product development.
  7. Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activity to provide relevant support and recommendations.
  8. Running initiatives that educate and empower customers to maximize their use of Vuuh.
  9. Taking on projects aimed at increasing platform adoption and usage.

Who you are

  1. Fluent in both English and Danish (spoken and written).
  2. A problem solver that is ready to take on new challenges.
  3. Experienced in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, tech, or fashion.
  4. A natural relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to solve challenges.
  6. Commercially savvy — you can spot opportunities to add value for both the customer and the business.
  7. Passionate about delivering great service while keeping an eye on strategic objectives.
