About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Whistleblower Software. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a vital role in securing a best-in-class onboarding and service experience for our growing customer base.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to solve problems, create value, and build loyalty. You will also help build and optimize our Customer Success function across products and customer tiers.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues, provide solutions, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
