Global Equipment Return Flow Manager

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Global Equipment Return Flow Manager to join our Planning and Execution team within the Offshore Equipment Management department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the return flow of all equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our global network. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, including procurement, logistics, and warehouses.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement return logistics plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless equipment return and delivery processes.
- Monitor and analyze return flow data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on return flow and reverse logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
