We are looking for an Italian Market Expansion Manager to drive our growth strategy in Italy. This role requires strong commercial skills, experience in building and managing pipelines, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Italian market and the ability to execute a go-to-market strategy that drives sales and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive growth plan for Italy
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth in Italy
  • Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring timely conversion of leads into customers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in Italy or other European markets
  • Strong commercial skills and experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data analytics and CRM systems
  • Fluent in Italian language (written and spoken)
